STEP 1: choose which area you want to have closure in

STEP 2: before bed meditate on that topic and tell yourself that version of you is dead. The next day you will be a new better improved version of yourself

STEP 3: release and sleep


GO THE EXTRA MILE:

Record yourself speaking new life into your situation (whatever affirmations you need to include)

ex: That version of me is dead

I keep getting better and better everyday

Im amazing

Im a Rich Bitch

Im deserving

Im worth it, ect
