Terms and Agreement: By engaging in any spiritual services provided by Zokai the modern day priestess or any associated parties, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 1. No Refunds: Due to the nature of spiritual services, we do not offer refunds once the service has been provided. The fees associated with the services are for the time and effort put into providing the spiritual guidance. 3. Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Clients are eligible for up to two reschedules at no additional charge provided they notify Zokai or her associates at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur an additional fee. 4. Cancellation by Zokai: In the event that Zokai needs to cancel a scheduled appointment, clients will have the option to reschedule the session or receive a full refund of any fees already paid. 5. Not a Substitute for Professional Help: It is important to understand that spiritual services are not a substitute for professional help. Zokai and her associates are not licensed doctors or therapists. Clients are advised to seek appropriate professional assistance for any medical, legal, or psychological issues. 6.
