Clients are eligible for up to two reschedules at no additional charge provided they notify Zokai or her associates at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur an additional fee. 4. Cancellation by Zokai: In the event that Zokai needs to cancel a scheduled appointment, clients will have the option to reschedule the session or receive a full refund of any fees already paid. 5. Not a Substitute for Professional Help: It is important to understand that spiritual services are not a substitute for professional help.
